Hi Takashi,

All three devices support the same function (Noninverting buffer) just with some slightly different parameters and features.

The SN74LVCZ244A has a power up 3-state feature that keeps the outputs in high impedance during power up and allows for hot insertion.

The SN74LVCH244A has active bus-hold circuity that holds unused or undriven inputs at a valid logic state.
