With B set as an input, we would expect the capacitance to be between 1 and 10pF, with the typical value being 3pF.
The leakage current is up to 5μA at 6V, so the worst case 'resistance' to VCC and ground can be modelled as 1.2MΩ. For typical performance, I would recommend to use 120MΩ.
