Good Day. What buffer options do you have available to interface 5V LSTTL to 3.3V LVTTL? Customer would prefer full mil temp range. -40C to +125C would probably work. He might be able to make -40C to +85C work if that were the only option. Please advise. Thank you very much.

By definition (above), 5-V LSTTL devices are directly compatible with 3.3-V LVTTL device so long as the 3.3V devices support over-voltage inputs.
In our parametric tables, 3.3V LVTTL will be referred to as "Standard CMOS" under the input type with a supply range including 3.3V. I have pre-filtered a list with 125C ratings here:
