There are the X-ray pictures of the two parts as below. Please help. Thanks a lot.
1) Why are there differences between the two parts. Is this normal?
2) Is there any difference in function between these two components?

The difference you see is in the leadframe (metal leads). It has no impact on functionality. As I said - the device meets the datasheet specifications -- and we don't specify the leadframe shape in the datasheet.

I can't find 'ASO: AWH' in the PCN. Is the 'AWH' recognized by TI?
