thanks for your answer, but I find the footprint in the figure 7 of the TVSOP application note. is a little different from the footprint in the Ultralibrarian, Could you check it and tell me which is right, thanks

All four footprints are right.

You can ask your board manufacturer if there are any circumstances that would favor one footprint.
