SN74LVC14APW Temp Data

We are using the SN74LVC14APW device, and  have a few questions:

1)     Any data that shows how the Vih min varies over temperature?  If we interpolate 3.3V VCC over  entire operating temperature range, we get about 1.0V, but  don’t know if that number is higher or lower at high temps or low temps.  Our operating temp range is only a subset of the part’s range (-40C to +75C), so we want to knw how this parameter varies between those endpoints.

2)     Same thing as above, but for Vil max.

3)     Also want to know  min and max impedances to both GND and the VCC supply rail.

4)     Also, the max slew rates allowed for both rising and falling edges (5% to 95%) over the temperature range mentioned above.

If you have this info as in a curve format, good, otherwise the worst case over the entire operating range of the device will do.

We need this info urgently, any help will be greatly appreciated.

regards

I can send you the plots but I need to know the Vcc you will be using.

    3)     Also want to know  min and max impedances to both GND and the VCC supply rail.

I am not sure what this means. The current load is specd as Icc for static conditions. For dynamic conditions you would need to calculate using CPD.

     4)     Also, the max slew rates allowed for both rising and falling edges (5% to 95%) over the temperature range mentioned above.

If you have this info as in a curve format, good, otherwise the worst case over the entire operating range of the device will do.

The max Slew rate is 10ns/V for the LVC family.

  • Chris,

I sent you an email on this. Vcc is 3.3V. If you can send me the plots asap - it will be very nice.

    Thanking you in advance.
