Part Number: SN74AHCT1G125-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT1G126-Q1, SN74AHCT1G125, SN74AHCT1G126

Hi team,

I see no difference from datasheet specs between SN74AHCT1G125-Q1 and SN74AHCT1G126-Q1. Could you help clarify the difference of these two devices? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Tess Chen

  • On page 1 of the datasheets, pin 1 has a different name, the function table has different entries, and the logic diagram shows an additional inversion.

    The descriptions say:

The SN74AHCT1G125 is a single bus buffer gate/line driver with 3-state output. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high. When OE is low, true data is passed from the A input to the Y output.
