I would like to use the transceiver to control USB and HDMI signals. However I could not find the maximum supported data rate in the datasheet.

Would appreciate if the information can be provided.

This device does not work with differential signals.

What exactly do you mean with "control"?

What I meant with control was, to use the Transceiver as a switch/gate to let the HDMI & USB signals through or cut the connection (isolate the signals) when desired. With the use of the OE pin.

But I guess I have to find another device.

Do you have any recommendations for such an application?

You can use any analog switch that supports the required voltage and bandwidth. There also are protocol-specific switches (HDMI is LVDS).
