LSF0102: Any side effect if VREF_B is not going through 200K compared to reference circuit

Hi,

I would like to check whether there is any concern or side effect if Vref_B input is direct tied to 3.3V, not go through 200K as reference circuit and also not be tied to EN pin?

Please advise!

This resistor limits the current that flows into Vref_B and out of Vref_A, and drops the voltage at the EN pin to the correct gate voltage.

That circuit does not work.
