Hi, i have project use IC M74HC09RM13TR TSSOP , i want know if Texas SN74HCS08DR can replace it.

My pcb boards are ready , because it must to be TSSOP version

Hello,

I would think that the SN74HCS09 would be a closer match. Can your system work with push-pull outputs from the '08 function? Or does it need the open-drain outputs of the '09 function?

hi Emrys, my pcbs already manufatured, i do not can do any modification on circuit, that ic must to be exactly same pinout ,function,and TSSOP size of original M74HC09RM13TR TSSOP

Then you should stick with the SN74HCS09 in the PW package.
