Hi expert,

The VCC supply current of TXB0104 is only several uA, however, the absolute maximum ratings is 100mA, why you add so big buffer here? Is there any design consideration? Thanks.

The supply current (I_CCx) is defined as the current that flows into V_CC and out of GND.

When an output pin is driving a load, addition current flows into V_CC and out of the output, or into the output and out of GND.

Thanks for your reply. If VCCA is 3.3V and VCCB is 5V, what's the power consumption of the VCCA power rail? Thanks.

Static power consumption for VCCA is listed as ICCA. The value you are seeking is shown in the screenshots you provided - 5uA
