Hi, I am trying to use the SN74LVC1G123DCTR along with an Inverter in the following configuration, but when the device is powered ON, I see ringing at the Inverter input or the multivibrator output as well as the output of the inverter. This causes the devices to remain in a constant reset cycle. The ringing goes away once I press the Physical reset button. What could be causing the problem?
