1) Is SN74ACT14 IBIS Model generated from SN74ACT14 Behavioral SPICE Model?

2)This says SN74ACT14 Behavioral SPICE Model has errors, SN74ACT14 IBIS Model so?

    No. IBIS models are built from either internal simulations (hspice or spectre) or actual performance of the device (physical silicon). They are much more accurate than the behavioral models which are only intended to provide a general understanding of operation.

    The IBIS model is not going to be modified. As I said previously, these are separately created models. The Behavioral SPICE model does not have any impact on the IBIS model.
