SN74CBT3125PWR Manual Soldering?

Hi there,

I would like to check whether SN74CBT3125PWR can accept any manual soldering?

In case of any repair or rework at production, what are the manual temperature soldering that this part can handle?

Can this part handle solder iron tip temperature of 350 degree celcius within 3 second? If not, what is the acceptable level?

    Standard manual soldering techniques are acceptable for any TI parts. In some datasheets the lead temperature is specified at 260C max for 10s. This is probably a typical recommendation, but its difficult to control and monitor the lead temperature exactly.
