Yes, this is one of the documents regarding long-term storage of TI's IC products.

Under good conditions, our parts can be stored indefinitely before use.

I am worried that the differences in specifications between the product tested in the documentation and the CD4046B could cause significant differences in test results.
For example, does the difference in packing material bonding method or packaging material have a significant effect on the results?
Please tell me which characteristics of the CD4046B and the products tested in the documentation can be compared to determine if the results are comparable. MSL, packaging, terminal plating? Please let us know if you have any other specifications to consider.
