The TPS7A43 is not yet in production; you have to wait.

And there is no other device with exactly the same characteristics. It might be possible to provide an alternative if you tell us what characteristics you actually need.

TPS7A44 will offer the same performance but is only rated to 65V (operating) and 85V (Abs Max). Thanks!
