SN74LVC14A: difference between with G4 and without G4

Hi,

Is the difference between SN74LVC14APWR and SN74LVC14APWRG4 (with or without G4) only the material of Lead Finish?
Are there any other differences between the two devices?

The SN74LVC14APWR has two manufacturing sites, which use Sn and NiPdAu, respectively.

The chips from the Sn manufacturing site are sold as SN74LVC14APWR or SN74LVC14APWRG3.
The chips from the NiPdAu manufacturing site are sold as SN74LVC14APWR or SN74LVC14APWRG4.
