Other than the current,It exceeds about 3ns (-0.5V), but I would like to confirm if it is within the allowable range.

There is no alloweable period for a higher current.

But, according to the IBIS model, a current of −20 mA requires a voltage of at least −0.74 V in the worst case. What is the peak voltage?

The positive limit is 7 V.
