Measured undershoot waveforms above the maximum rating of -0.5V. Can you tell me the allowable voltage of the IC? Also, please tell me about the allowable period for conditions exceeding -0.5V.

There is no allowable period for exceeding -0.5V. This value can be exceeded so long as the current through the clamp diode is limited to the value provided in the datasheet. This information is in the absolute maximum ratings table here:

There is no alloweable period for a higher current.
But, according to the IBIS model, a current of −20 mA requires a voltage of at least −0.74 V in the worst case. What is the peak voltage?
The positive limit is 7 V.

The period from -0.5V to -0.69V and -0.69V to -0.5V is 3ns.
