Hi Verna,

The SN566230 is unrelated to the SN5400 -- one is a logic gate while the other is a buck converter. In the future, if you cannot find a part number to match a device, I would recommend to click the "I don't have a part number" box so the thread can be evaluated and sent to the correct team.

As Tahar said, SN566230 is a custom device. The datasheet is selective disclosure. Please send me an email (miranda-gu@ti.com) for datasheet.

About the replacement, please look at TPS568230 and TPS51396A.
