TXS0104E: TXS0104 low end operation, TXS0108 operates as low as 1.2V.

TXS0108E: VCCA MIN changed from 1.2 to 1.4 V in revision G - what about old designs?

I've noticed the change of minimal recommended operating voltage in revision G of documentation - from 1.2 to 1.4 V.

I have old design, where TXS0108 is running at VCCA=1.35 V and works fine. It was in accordance with old datasheet at the time of prototyping.

Was it a silicon change or only documentation? Should I redesign this circuit or it will work as before with newer production chips?

    Thanks for your question. Yes, this is for documentation. Please note that a PCN (Production Change Notice) should have been issued notifying you of the change. If no issues observed with your application, then there should be no concerns. However, for newer designs; we recommend to use the spec specified in the updated datasheets, thanks.
