SN74LVC1G04: SN74LVC1G04DCK3 as an alternate for SN74LVC1G04DCKR

I assume that the “3” suffix is for matte tin lead finish vs NiPdAu. The TI website shows the lead plating as “SNBI”  I’m not sure what the “BI” represents. Can you please clarify?

Also, is TI planning to use the “3” suffix on more/all parts going forward? If so we would like to make sure our customer adds this to their AVL documentation to help proactively answer future questions on this suffix.
