Hi,

Can you recommend a Schmitt-trigger input single D-type rising-edge-triggered flip-flop. 

Basically he wants to drive with one fast drive edge and that is all, He wants to avoid using the external Schmitt-triggers shown in the configuration below.

    Hi Jani,

    We have no single input D-Type Flip Flops with Schmitt-Trigger inputs.

    We have a 2 channel D-Type Flip Flop with slightly different functionality: SN74HCS74. This device is offered in the DYY package which is our smallest 14-pin package available.

    Note the HCS family supports a supply voltage of (2-V to 6-V) and has lower drive strength (7.8mA at 6V Vcc) compared to LVC.
