Can you show the difference between these two devices?

AXC supports lower voltages and has improved performance. For RGMII, you need the highest possible speed, so use AXC.

The AXC device allows lower supply voltages. The specified maximum supply current is higher.

The AVC datasheet specified a maximum data rate of 320 Mbps; the AXC datasheet, 380 Mbps.
