Hello,

We try to use SN74LV123ATPWRG4Q1 instead of SN74LV123APWR.

Because of delivery issue of SN74LV123APWR, but we found inventory of SN74LV123ATPWRG4Q1.

When look at the datasheet, there is no difference. What is difference between those devices?

Can we drop in SN74LV123ATPWRG4Q1 to SN74LV123APWR?

The "T" suffix indicates the temperature range. (As there is only one model for the SN74LV123A-Q1, this is meaningless.)

The Q1 device is the automotive qualified version, The electrical charcateristics are the same.

Well understood, in the ordering device name "T" is meaningless, even datasheet title is "SN74LV123A-Q1".

"G4" is old days Pb free device suffix, we can ignore it now a days.

It was little bit confusing and made us nervous before enter P/O.
