Hi team,

my customer want to leran about the diference between TXS0108EPWR and TXB0108PWR

I can tell from the datasheet that

1.the TXB0108 has better ESD protection level

2.TXS0108 support OD and PU, while TXB0108 can only support PU

is there any other inportant point we miss?

and the application is 1.8V to 3.3V level shift, the speed is 83M/s, what is the recomendation?

Mbit/s or MHz?

TXB and TXS use entirely different architectures; see [FAQ] What is the difference between TXS TXB and LSF devices?

Are the signals bidirectional, or do they have a fixed direction?

Hi Fanbin,

You have identified two important differences from the datasheets. Along with Clemens, I would ask if you are referring to a data rate of 83 Mbps or 83 MHz?

To provide more specific information on a recommendation, I would need to know the number and direction(s) of signals in your application, the interface, and whether auto-direction translation is required.
