SN74AXC4T245: The difference between SN74AXC4T245PWR and SN74AVC2T245RSWR

Part Number: SN74AXC4T245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC2T245, SN74AVC4T245, TXU0104

Hi team,

could you help explain the difference between SN74AXC4T245PWR and SN74AVC2T245RSWR?

we can tell from the datasheet that SN74AXC4T245PWR has wider voltage range? Is there any other important piont we miss?

It's a 1.8V to 3.3V voltage shifter application and the speed is 25M/s

  • The main difference is that the SN74AVC2T245 has only two channels. Did you mean the SN74AVC4T245?

AXC devices are backwards-compatible replacemants of the respective AVC devices with a wider voltage range and improved performance.

You could also use the TXU0104.
