Hi,

My customer considers SN74HCS05PWR and SN74HC05PWR to make the additional options of SN74LV05APWR.  Could you please let us know the following questions?

  1. Could you please let us know the IOL value of HCS05 and HC05?  We can find the IOL on LV05A on the recommended operation conditions IOL, but there is no data on HCS05 and HC05.  Please advise us.
  2. Could you please let us know "VT+,VT- of HCS05" and "VIH,VIL of HC05" on Vcc=3.3V case?  We can find these parameter on Vcc=2V,4.5V,6V cases, but not Vcc=3.3V case.  Please advise us.
  3. Also, could you please let us know "tpd of HCS05" and "tPLH, tPHL of HC05" on Vcc=3.3V case?
  4. Unit of Δt/Δv parameter is ns/V on LV05A, but ns on HCS05.  What is different between Δt/Δv parameter of LV05A and one of HCS05?   Also, could you please let us know the Δt/Δv parameter of HCS05 on Vcc=3.3V case and Vcc=5.0V case?
  5. On current circuit, he connects SN74LV14APW output signal with SN74LV05APWR input port on Vcc=3.3V. Could you please let us know any issue to replace LV05A to HCS05 or HC05 on VCC=3.3V?
