Could you please let me know about the spec of Absolute max rating for input and output, IoL and IoH?

SN74HC244 don't have those specs.

    HC devices have no voltage ratings because all I/O pins are diode-clamped to the power rails. The only limit is the input/output clamp current, IxK.

    The recommended IOL/IOH limits can be found in the test conditions of the electrical characteristics. (If you exceed these limits, the electrical characteristics are no longer guaranteed.)
