Confirmation of reliability test data of SN74ACT534PWR

I have a question about the test results of SN74ACT534PWR.
ESD(CDM/HBM) is "See data sheet", but the result is not listed in the data sheet.
Can you provide the CDM data and include it in the data sheet?

Hi Takushi,

This device has an HBM rating of +/- 3000 V. We don't have any CDM data for this same package in our database however devices in this family typically have a CDM rating of +/- 1500 V.
