Hi team,

is there any level shifter recomendation for the Quad-SPI application?(TXB0106 can't meet max data rate requirement)

reqiurment:

max data rate: 133Mbps

1.8V to 3.3V/ auto-bi-directional

    Hello Fanbin,

    In your case, I suggest using two level shifters to for this connection. Use both the TXB0304 (for the first 4 bytes)  and the TXB0302 (for the remaining 2 bytes) for the QSPI application. Be sure to take a look at the below loading recommendation to help meet your data rate requirement.
