I can not run IBIS model since my whole circuit is made in tina ti.

Hi Ali,

Unfortunately, the IBIS model is what we use for simulating the device for it's functionality and signal integrity.

I would suggest ADS software as a tool to help simulate IBIS models while taking a look at this app note for further clarifications: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/szza034/szza034.pdf, thanks.
