Hi team,

MSL levels are different with and without G4.
I assume the IC is the same, but why are the levels different?

On the page ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=SN74LV14ATPWRQ1, the data under "Ongoing reliability monitoring" is missing. (It exists for the G4 device.) I suspect that the MSL rating is just a consequence of that error.

I suspect this is an error, they should have the same rating Level-1-260C-UNLIM. I'm looking into this issue, I'll reply here soon to confirm the appropriate MSL rating.

Hi Kengo,

I can confirm the MSL rating should be Level-1-260C-UNLIM for the SN74LV14ATPWRQ1. We'll get this updated in our next datasheet review.
