SN74LV123A: DGV package of SN74LV123ADGVR

Could you please answer the "center value of thickness" and "tolerance of center value" of the DGV package of SN74LV123ADGVR?
Customers are the first to mount the DGV package, and since this package has a narrow space between lead frames and is a fine package,
this information is required to optimize the chip mounter settings.
It has been confirmed that the thickness of SN74LV123ADGVR is 1,20 MAX from MECHANICAL DATA of DGV package.
What I want to know is "center value of thickness" and "tolerance of center value".

They responded to me and they said

"Per the POD the package standoff (bottom of lead to bottom of package) is 0.05mm to 0.15mm. The total package height is 1.2mm max. This puts the nominal package height at 1.15mm with a tolerance of 0.05mm."

But the information the customer needs is a little different
Isn't "CENTER HEIGHT" of 1.15mm package height specified? Customers need this "CENTER HEIGHT" and its tolerances when setting up the mounter. Can you contact the packaging team again?

I'm not sure what you mean. This DGV Document specifies all of the values for the DGV package and they are what I gave you earlier. Try sending this to the customer if they haven't already seen it. The has a tolerance of 0.05 mm as per the packaging teams message.
