What do you mean with "open drain/push pull"? If there are some open-drain input signals, they need pull-up resistors.
The outputs are more robust if they have pull-up resistors.

Hi Tommy,
Similar to Clemens' feedback, if the signal will always be down translated by a push pull transmitter; then pull ups won't be needed on the inputs of the LSF. If the leakage current into the receiver is <1uA; pull ups won't be needed at the outputs of the LSF as well. Please see the FAQ on how LSF works for more info.
Note that it is recommended to include bypass caps on both supplies similar to VrefB, and as close to the power supply as much as possible.
Also note the VrefB>=VrefA+0.8 requirement per the datasheet, thanks.
