we are using the buffer vcc=3.3V and A(clock signal) of 2.5Mhz . Where as Y is always Low? Not able see the o/p

Please help with the issue

What are the voltages of the input signal?

This might be a soldering problem, measurement error, or a damaged device.

Hi Anusha,

To expand on what Clemens said we don't see anything wrong with running this device with these parameters. Meaning there is likely something wrong with either the device(i.e. damaged), it's connection to the board, or the measurements are being taken incorrectly. If possible you could try dropping in another device in the same slot and if you continue to see no output change the it's likely either your board or your measuring devices and not our part. If you send a larger layout we could maybe find an issue there, but from what you've said I don't expect that to be the case.
