Hi Ali,
Unfortunately we don't currently have Tina-TI or LTSpice models for Flips Flops.

Hi Ali,
There are no Spice models I can provide, there is an HSpice model available on the SN74LVC2G74 product page. We also have an IBIS model to simulate I/O behavior.

Sebastian
Hi again. Tina website says there is generic models for D flip flops in library
https://www.tina.com/components/
and this is the library
https://www.tina.com/English/tina/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/TINA-library.txt
BUT how do I find D flip flop ?
there is only numbers in library. can you provide names for models number in library ?
I just want Single Positive Edge Triggered D-Type Flip-Flop With Clear And Preset
Also, can you tell me what is exactly TG symbol on page 2 of the document ?
Thank you
Hello,
PSpice models are notoriously difficult to get working for latched circuits -- any latch has a feedback loop that includes memory, and can cause instability (ie singularities) in the node-voltage solution matrix.
I have a Tina-TI model for a D-Type Flip-Flop, but it is not 100% reliable. You can try it out in your circuit and see if it works though.
And here is an example Tina-TI file using this model:
