There are no Spice models I can provide, there is an HSpice model available on the SN74LVC2G74 product page. We also have an IBIS model to simulate I/O behavior.

Hi again. Tina website says there is generic models for D flip flops in library

BUT how do I find D flip flop ?

there is only numbers in library. can you provide names for models number in library ?
