for SN74LVC1GU04 datasheet, Signals that are applied to the inputs need to have fast edge rates, as shown by Δt/Δv, but there are no specific spec for Δt/Δv, could you help to provide one?

An unbuffered inverter does not require fast edges:
In practice, this device is used as a linear amplifier in crystal oscillators, where it is run with slow sine waves (no edges), and near VCC/2. See Use of the CMOS Unbuffered Inverter in Oscillator Circuits.
A crystal oscillator requires an additional buffer or inverter to get a logic-level output signal. Consider using the SN74LVC1GX04, which integrates both inverters.
