    No, I'm afraid I cannot post that information publicly due to issues with counterfeit devices.

    Is the customer having some kind of issue with this device?

    If they want us to verify that it is a TI device, first I need to know the source it came from (ie is it from an approved vendor), then I need to see the shipping labels and packaging it came in.
