Please advise on partial power off for TXS0104EPWR

In the data sheet there is no indication for supporting partial power down
But from the other hand TXS0102 is supporting the partial power off.

It look to me that they are from the same family so I would expect that they both will support the partial power off.
So I wanted to verify that TXS0104EPWR is not supporting the partial power off or if there is a missing information in the data sheet.
