SN74LVC245A: How to test Voh and Vol spec.

Hi team,

My customer is evaluating SN74LVC245A. Normally for the logic device we have below spec for Voh and Vol in our datasheet. But customer wants to test these spec. on their own. So could you please share a test method to test Voh and Vol spec? Are we using a current source on the load or using a resistor on the load to create the desired IoH or IoL to test Voh and Vol? Thanks.

    The test method does not really matter. You could use a current source and measure the voltage, or use a voltage source and measure the current. Connecting a resistor and checking the voltage is probably the simplest method.
