Though I got the answer in "CS1205357",the file format was different I expected.
I specify "XX.ibis" format.

Hi Soichiro,
For parts SN74HC74, SN74HC14, and SN74HC00 you could substitute it with the IBIS Model from CD74HC03
SN74AC244
For this part you could substitute with SN74AC245 IBIS model.
SN74HCT244
For this part you could substitute with SN74HCT245 IBIS model.
If you don't feel comfortable substituting let me know, but it will probably take me about 2 weeks to create the new ones.
Regards,
Owen
Hi Owen,
CD74HC03 requires a pull-up resistor to change the output to Hi/Low.
Do you have models that can be substituted without a pull-up resistor?
The purpose is to predict overshoot/undershoots.
So the drive ability to equal a model is desirable.
Hi Soichiro,
I'm sorry about that I missed the change in output type. CD74HC4049 will have push-pull output and standard cmos inputs.
Regards,
Owen
Hi Owen,
Do you have an IBIS model of SN74HCT138?
The purpose of use is the same as above.
Hi Soichi,
We don't, but you can substitute it with SN74HCT165. It is TTL compatible inputs and Push-Pull outputs.

Owen
Hi Owen,
I tried to use IBIS models shown below.
・CD74HC4049
・SN74HCT245
But they didn't move I expected. I show below the part of use.
model:HC4049_OUT_50
Model_type:output
model:HCT245_IO
Model_type:I/O
Would you check them correct?
Hi Soichiro,
I'm sorry that these seemed to have errors while I check them out you could try SN74HCT595 to replace HCT245_IO. As for HC4049_OUT_50 we don't appear to have any other HC family devices with push-pull outputs models. Could you explain more clearly why it isn't what you would expect?
Regards,
Owen
Hi Owen,
SN74HCT595 moved I expected.I created a chart of the data from IBIS models.
I attach them to this thread. Is glaph of HC4049 correct?
Hi Soichi,
Here's what I see on the IBIS model.
It looks very similar to what you showed. Could you explain in more detail what you say you're expecting versus what the IBIS is showing?
Regards,
Owen
Hi Owen
I have started a new thread about this issue in the logic forum.
"CD74HC4049: IBIS model: HC4049_OUT_50"
Could you move to the new thread and reply to that question?

Ohashi
