SN74LV541AT: Can SN74LV541 support 3.3Vcc?

The only purpose of LV-AT devices is to be used with TTL signals, and TTL uses a 5 V supply.

For 3.3 V signals, use LV-A, i.e., SN74LV541A.

I would expect the SN74LV541AT to function correctly with a 3.3V supply, however we can only guarantee the values provided in the datasheet.

There are many other options -- my to p pick for 3.3V operation would be the SN74LVC541A
