Hi, Expert

my customer want to use SN74AVC8T245 from 1.2V to 3.3V. but in the datasheet, 1.4V to 3.6V is optimized Vcc range. 

could you help to clarify what is the difference between 1.2V to 1.4V and 1.4V to 3.6V? thanks.
