We use TI device LSF0204, Could help to check schematic is okay?

1. if Level shift pull high voltage are the same 1.8V, is workable?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

The LSF0204 has an integrated 200 kΩ resistor; do not add an exernal one.

The pull-up resistors are extremely strong. This increases the low-level voltage and the power usage, and is not needed except for very-high-speed signals.

Are you are asking if it is valid to translate from a 1.8V signal to another 1.8V signal? If so, this will not work, since Vref_B must be at least 0.8V higher than Vref_A.

as below chart, if Vref_B is 3.3V and VCC_SIM0 is 1.8V, is okay?
