SN74AVC1T45: Schematic review

Part Number: SN74AVC1T45
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AXC1T45, TXU0101, TXU0102

Dear Team,

Could you help to do level shift schematic review?

MPN: SN74AVC1T45

Direction: A->B

IPQ_GPIO27 and IPQ_GPIO28 connect to CPU GPIOs directly.

Many Thanks,

Jimmy

  • Looks OK.

    Sharing decoupling capacitors is possible if the chips are near each other. In that case, you could just as well use a two-channel level shifter.

    The schematic shows 74AVCH1T45, a device with bus-hold input. This is probably not necessary.

    The AVC device can be replaced by its more modern AXC version, SN74AXC1T45.

    For fixed-direction signals, also consider a fixed-direction translator like the TXU0101/TXU0102 (not P2P).
