Hi all,

I am using LSF0108 as a level shift between 1.2V to 3.3V, when doing the SI simulation, the output’s voltage is not 3.3V。

Hey Feng,

Welcome to the E2E forums! You are seeing this output because of the 50ohm termination resistor at the output. It is strongly recommended to take this resistor out (the current circuit is acting like a resistor divider).

when I use an ibis model to replacing the resistor, the ouput's voltage also can not arriving 3.3V

Hi,

Could you please share the screenshot of the updated waveform after removing the 50ohm resistor? As well as attaching the current ibs file that you are using for the simulation?
