I'm sorry, I'm having trouble obtaining information on this device. We may no longer support it (which is unusual for TI.)

I will do some digging and let you know what I come up with. Is it possible for you to post the information you have on the package? If it is a standard package I can probably easily find the dimensions.

Looks like N is a standard PDIP package. From the link above you can obtain the dimensions which are dependent on the # of pins.
