SN74LVC126A: the pull-down resistor of OE pin

Part Number: SN74LVC126A

From the datasheet, it mentioned to ensure the high-impedance state during power up and power down, OE must be tied to GND through a pulldown
resistor. The minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.

I would like to know how to determine the resistor value?

I connected the OE pin to 3.3V and with a pull-down resistor 4.7k ohm. Is it okay?
