TXB0104-Q1: Can TXB0104-Q1 output connect with SN3257 for 16MHz SPI clock signal

Part Number: TXB0104-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0104, TXU0304, SN3257-Q1, TMUX1574

In our application, the TXB0104 is 1.8V<=>3.3V level shift for 16MHz SPI signals. And on the 3.3V side, it is connected with SN3257 for 2:1 selection. SPI clock output from TXB0104(3.3V) connect with SN3257. The high level of the fist SPI clock cycle is only 2.5V instead of 3.3V. There is no capacitive load on the 3.3V SPI clock signal. Can TXB0104 work well @16MHz combined with SN3257?
