What's the difference of the two package?

The application scenario is to perform level conversion of 1.8V-3.3V for 14 GPIO signals.

The differences in the thermal performance do not matter. Use whichever package is easily available and fits on the board.

Hey Charlie,

To add on, the functionality will be the same across the different package types. Note that LSF0108 would work for GPIO signals but there are more suitable devices for your application such as direction controlled/fixed direction devices. See the below for more information:
